Mr. Havens is an Environmental Planner with 30 years experience
planning and managing National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and
integrated environmental planning compliance. Retired from civil service
in October 2009, Peter is employed by Sound & Sea Technology, Inc.,
Lynnwood, Washington.
Sound & Sea Technology (SST) provides a complete range of ocean and
marine engineering services for the analysis, engineering development,
fabrication and installation of undersea systems. SST employees are
experts in the various disciplines needed to take an ocean engineering
project from concept through to development, installation and service.

abilities, and knowledge. Most CEPs have at least ten years of
experience in the field. The Academy of Board Certified Environmental
Professionals is a member of Council of Engineering and Scientific
Specialty Boards.
